消基會：豬牛都要查

牛肉爆灌水事件，引發消費者恐慌。消基會秘書長雷立芬表示，政府應做三件事，說明灌水肉類是否會造成人體負擔、清查肉體灌水包含牛肉、豬肉，並進一步了解是否有其他添加物。

媒體報導，全國第二大牛隻屠宰場新北市福伯屠宰場，對牛隻屠體灌水增重。

雷立芬說，目前政府還沒有說明清楚，牛肉灌水是否會造成肉體質變，造成人體傷害，若不說清楚，恐會造成消費者恐慌。在未說明之前，她建議，消費者暫時先不要食用有疑慮的牛肉。

雷立芬表示，政府應該全面清查其他肉體是否也遭到灌水，像是豬肉也有類似傳言，為了讓消費者安心，牛豬等都要查清楚。
